The Charity aims to provide funding to local organisations and individuals based in Carnoustie and the surrounding area which provides a benefit to local people and/or the local community.

We aim to raise these funds in our Charity/Community shop on Carnoustie High Street which opened in January 2012.

Once we secure the long-term financial stability of the shop we will begin to distribute funds raised.

The distribution of funds will be agreed upon by For Carnoustie’s 12 trustees who have been working in the background during late 2011 to bring the project to fruition.

In April 2012 we received our Charity number from OSCR.
